- Each person may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
- You must be the account holder and use the account personally; placing bets on behalf of third parties is not permitted.
Warning: 995bft may request a national ID, passport, or birth certificate at any time for age verification. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.
2 Account Registration & Management
When registering on 995bft, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Please keep the following in mind:
- The email address and phone number provided at registration must be active and belong to you.
- Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone. If you believe your password has been compromised, change it immediately and contact our support team.
- You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. 995bft will not be held liable if a third party gains access to and uses your account.
- If your personal details change (address, phone number, etc.), please update your profile promptly or notify support.
- Selling, transferring, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited.
We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your account from unauthorized access.
3 Deposits & Withdrawals
The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals on 995bft:
- Minimum deposit: BDT 10. Minimum withdrawal: BDT 200 (may vary by method).
- Accepted payment methods: Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Please transact only from accounts registered in your own name.
- Deposits or withdrawals through third parties are not permitted. If such activity is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15–30 minutes. If verification is required, it may take up to 24 hours.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
- 995bft reserves the right to freeze any transaction and report to the relevant authorities if money laundering or fraud is suspected.
Processing Time: Mobile Banking and Nagad deposits are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfers may take 6–24 hours. Some delays may occur on weekends.
4 Bonus & Promotion Terms
Each bonus offer on 995bft comes with its own specific terms. The general rules are as follows:

- Wagering Requirement: After receiving a bonus, a specified wagering amount must be completed (typically 20x–40x). Withdrawing before meeting this requirement will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
- Bonus Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Bonuses that are not used within the valid period are automatically cancelled.
- Multiple Accounts: Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts belonging to the same person, household, or IP address is prohibited.
- Bonus Abuse: If abuse or manipulation of the bonus system is detected, the account may be terminated.
- 995bft reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
5 Betting Rules
The following rules apply to Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and bingo on 995bft:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless 995bft voids it for a specific reason.
- Results declared due to a technical error or system failure will be void and stakes will be refunded.
- If evidence of match fixing or betting based on insider information is found, the account and all associated winnings will be forfeited.
- All games use certified RNG technology, guaranteeing fully random and impartial results.
- Odds in live betting can change at any time; the odds at the moment a bet is placed are final.
- The maximum bet amount is set individually for each game and event.

- Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
- If you are identified as a minor.
Please Note: If your account is closed due to a terms violation, bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. However, you may request a refund of your own original deposits, excluding any bonus amounts.
9 Limitation of Liability
995bft shall not be held liable in the following circumstances:
- If a game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical error.
- Failure or delays caused by third-party payment providers.
- Unauthorized third-party access to your account (e.g., password compromise).
- Legal complications related to online gaming regulations in your country of residence.
- Natural disasters, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
